Overview
Veldora is seeking a Logistics & Freight Coordinator to oversee transportation activities and ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, communicate with freight partners, monitor deliveries, and help maintain a reliable supply chain. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple logistics operations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight carriers and logistics partners.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and freight-related paperwork.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
Resolve transportation issues, delays, and freight discrepancies when they arise.
Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare logistics reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, supply chain operations, or a related field.
Strong understanding of shipping processes, freight management, and transportation documentation.
Experience working with logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
